Daily Energetic Balance

Maintaining your daily energetic balance is key to staying physically and emotionally aligned. It helps sustain your energy by nurturing your energetic body, which consists of:

  • Your soul
  • Your energetic self (spirit)
  • Your energetic guardians (including your higher self)

These elements are connected to your energy centers, and their balance directly impacts your overall health. If not maintained, energy imbalances can manifest as emotional or physical disruptions.

Follow this simple daily practice, or whenever you feel run down, to restore and maintain your energetic balance.


Steps to Balance Your Energy

Take your time with each step. This is an intuitive process—move through it at your own pace.

1. Find a calm space

  • Choose a peaceful environment, preferably in nature or on grass.
  • Place your hand on your heart or body to center yourself.

2. Focus on your breath

  • Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
  • After each exhale, pause your breath for 2–3 seconds.
  • Repeat this resting lung technique for 6 breaths.

3. Balance your energy

Say the following statements aloud:

  • “I ask to please bring my energetic body back to balance.”
  • “I now ask to please bring my energetic and meridian systems back to balance.”
  • “I now ask to please bring my energetic body and energetic systems back into unison.”

4. Connect to Mother Earth

  • Release unwanted energies:
    • Say: “I ask to please release any energies that no longer serve me.”
    • (Allow at least one minute for this release.)
  • Receive what you need:
    • Say: “I now ask to please receive what my body needs.”
    • (The longer you sit with this intention, the more balanced you will feel. Practice being present and notice the nature around you.)

5. Show gratitude and set intentions

  • Express gratitude for the process.
  • Use this balanced state to set positive intentions, such as:
    • “I allow abundance to arrive.”
    • “I allow opportunities to arrive.”

Additional Tips for Daily Balance

  • Include your kids: You can practice this on behalf of your children or guide them to do it with you.
  • Move daily: A 20–30 minute walk can work wonders to keep your energy flowing and support your lymphatic system, boosting your immune health.
  • Try a lymphatic purge: On days when you can’t walk, a quick daily lymphatic purge process can help prevent energy stagnation. Stagnant energy may present as symptoms like an upset gut or headaches.
