How do I book a session?

Booking a session is simple! Just click the “BOOK” button on our website, select a convenient time, and you’ll receive a confirmation with details on how to prepare for your session.

Does therapy always fix a relationship?

No, sometimes a relationship has eroded beyond repair, whether it’s trust issues, or a lack of investment in the relationship over time, or a relationship was initially based on needs being meet over a solid connection. Whatever the case, therapy can help identify this and if it happens to get to this point we can go down the conscious separation road and also work through the challenges so they are less likely to be carried into a new relationship in the future

How long does a typical therapy session last?

Each session typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the nature of your concerns and the depth of the discussion. We customize the session length to suit your needs.

Do we need to attend therapy sessions together as a couple?

Yes, both partners should attend sessions together to ensure mutual understanding and progress. However, we also offer individual sessions if necessary for personal healing or to address individual concerns.

What if one partner is reluctant to participate in therapy?

It’s common for one partner to feel hesitant about therapy. We encourage open conversations about the benefits of therapy, and even if only one partner starts the process, it can still create positive changes within the relationship. Our goal is to help both individuals, whether together or apart, start their healing journey.

Is relationship therapy confidential?

Yes, all therapy sessions are completely confidential. We adhere to the highest ethical standards to ensure that your personal and relationship information is kept private and secure.
