Nutrition – We work through emotional blocks with food, go through what you are eating and see what changes can be made to help bring balance to the body.
Sleep – Look at key fundamentals that affect sleep and make changes where necessary.
Hydration – Going over what you drink and eat for correct hydartion.
Movement and posture – Check where your body is at and what changes could help.
Environment – Discuss your different environments and see if anything could be contributing to your health concerns.
Psychology – There is a large focus on psychology for wellness which is intention. Did you know research has shown that the mind has a huge if not the largest impact on your body wellness. As an example when we are constantly in stress our body goes into a state of fight or flight which is meant to be a temporary state for survival in which energy in our body is directed to different parts of the body i.e. muscles to get ready to run or defend ourselves. However if this is not actually needed or the excess energy is not used then it can start to erode areas in our body or make us gain weight, create inflammation, mess up the metabolism…… Eventually if not addresses we can start to develop metabolic disease, disorders and symptoms i.e. Cancer, heart disease, arthritis, skin conditions, type 2 diabetes, dementia, fatty liver disease, strokes, obesity…….
It is highly recommended from my experience helping people heal their bodies that you address the psychology component for aiding the path to recovery.
